Returns and refunds

Every Evleanro piece is handmade and sent with care. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it.

14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, email us at evleanroshop@gmail.com with your order number and tell us you would like to return the item. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Condition of the item

The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and well packed, so that it is not damaged on the way back. We cannot refund any loss in value if the item has been used or damaged.

Return shipping

The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the item price and the original standard shipping cost to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including return shipping.

Natural variation

Real dried flowers and resin are natural materials. Small differences in flower placement, tiny bubbles or colour tones are part of handmade work and are not a defect.
