  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies to run and improve the shop.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.

Why we use your data

  • To process and deliver your order and to handle returns (performance of the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To meet legal duties such as accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • To keep the shop secure and working and to answer your questions (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To send marketing emails only if you have agreed (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who receives your data

Shopify (shop platform and hosting), payment providers, and shipping carriers who need your address to deliver the parcel. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax, and delete other data when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format.
