Terms of sale

1. Seller

The seller is named in our Legal Notice. These terms apply to all orders placed on evleanro.com.

2. Products

All items are handmade from epoxy resin and real dried flowers. Each piece is unique. Photos show the exact item or an example of the design. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and the placement of flowers can differ a little from the photos.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order using the methods shown at checkout.

4. Order and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. Since many items are one of a kind, we may have to cancel an order if the item was sold elsewhere at the same time. In that case we will refund any payment in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details are in our returns and refunds policy.

7. Care of the products

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners, and keep the item away from long direct sunlight and high heat so the colours stay beautiful.

8. Liability and legal guarantee

Statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee for defective goods, are not affected by these terms.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without removing the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
